Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel services with 10 days’ written notice via Email/Call.
  • Cancellation mid-project may incur fees for work completed.


Refunds

  • Full Refund: If services are canceled before work begins.
  • Partial Refund: For prepaid unused services, minus non-refundable costs (e.g., ad spend).
  • No Refund: After deliverables are approved or for completed work.


Exceptions
Refunds may be denied for:

  • Breach of contract (e.g., unpaid invoices).
  • Services altered due to client-provided incorrect information.


Process
Submit refund requests to primereachsolutions9@gmail.com within 10 days of cancellation. Allow 10 days for processing.
